Great experience
We were connected to Christian and he offered great help.
As we needed our products on an urgent basis, I had to call Christian directly numerous times to ensure our products arrived on time. He was patient despite numerous requests and changes for the image proof.
We were happy with how the products came out (colours, quality etc) and it was even delivered early within 1 week despite the lead time being 9 working days.
We will definitely seek Flashbay in the future should we require any customised products.

Extremely fast response from sales
Extremely fast response from sales manager. I actually looked at time lapses between my emails and his just to check this. If it were not for my own delays, I could have had my enquiry quoted, with design proof, confirmed and paid within an hour. This is a small job for you and I am happy with the product. However, I’m lucky enough to be in the position of being relationship driven in my supply arrangements these days and the service won it for me.
